Teppanyaki
Teppanyaki is a Japanese style cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook food. This is an art that has been practiced since World War II.
"Teppan" means iron or metal plate. "Yaki" means grilled, boiled, or pan-fried. In short, Teppanyaki means "Iron Plate Grill."
